## Job Overview

VGM Consultants Limited is hiring Telecallers

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with customers, explaining company services, maintaining call records, and achieving daily performance targets. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company guidelines.

## Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: •12th Pass / Graduate••

Experience: •0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply)••

Age: •18–30 Years••

Good communication skills in •Punjabi•• and Haryanvi.

Basic communication skills in •Hindi•• and English are preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Confident communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

## Salary & Benefits

### Non-DRA Process

• Freshers: ₹12,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month

### DRA Process

• Salary: Up to ₹14,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives
