Salary

Non-DRA Process

• Freshers: ₹12,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month

DRA Process

• Salary: Up to ₹14,000 per month

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Explain company products and services to customers.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Update call records and customer information accurately.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Age: 18–30 years

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Confident and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or collections.

• Knowledge of the DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) process is an advantage.

• Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
