CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 + Attractive Incentives
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system.
Follow up with customers regularly for closures.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
6 months – 2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in CRM handling is an advantage.
Fixed Salary ₹12–13k
