Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in real estate tele calling, and the ability to generate quality leads by interacting with prospective buyers and investors. The candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling a high volume of outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
Generate genuine buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial properties.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and property features to clients.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Stay updated with the latest real estate projects, market trends, and company offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate Tele calling, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales.
Education: Minimum 2th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Marathi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
