Key Responsibilities:

• Customer outreach:

  Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. 

• Customer service:

  Handle inbound calls from customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support. 

• Sales:

  Explain product features and benefits, persuade customers, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers. 

• Record keeping:

  Maintain accurate logs of calls, update customer records in a database or CRM, and document sales activities. 

• Customer relationship management:

  Build positive relationships with customers and gather feedback to improve products or services. 

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
