Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.

• Explain holiday packages, group tours, visa services, cruises, and travel offers.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

• Coordinate with the operations and sales team for quotations and bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling, travel sales, customer service, or hospitality.

• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations will be an added advantage.

• Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
