About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM/Excel records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and conversions.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-centric approach during all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
