Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Explain courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship programs.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule counseling sessions and admission appointments.

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel sheets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

• Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

• Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or education counseling is preferred.
