About the Role

We are looking for energetic and convincing Telecallers to join our travel and hospitality team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our premium holiday packages, and generating leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Explain company services and invite people for holiday presentations.

• Generate quality leads and maintain a follow-up database.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding resort stays and travel packages.

• Achieve daily/monthly calling and booking targets.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.

• Languages: Fluency in Tamil and Telugu (English or Hindi is an added advantage).

• Skills: Strong communication, polite phone etiquette, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Documents: PAN Card and Aadhar Card are mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives (₹2,000 – ₹5,000+).

• Working Days: 6 days a week
