We are looking for Telecallers / Tele Sales & Customer Service Executives to join our team in Airoli. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining products or services, assisting customers with their queries, and following up with potential and existing customers. The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month along with opportunities for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and communicate with customers professionally.

- Explain products, services, offers, or other relevant information to customers.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads or sales.

- Attend customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, applications, services, or requirements.

- Maintain accurate customer details and update call records in the system.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets as applicable.

- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns and complete follow-ups.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass, and freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. The role requires a positive attitude, good listening skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week and in rotational shifts, depending on the process.
