Job Description: Telecaller

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and target-driven Telecaller to manage loan sourcing, follow-ups, and collection-related calling activities. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads while ensuring timely collection follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers for loan sourcing and follow-ups.

• Contact overdue customers for EMI and OD collections.

• Generate fresh leads through daily calling activities.

• Explain loan products such as Vehicle Loans, SME Loans, and Personal Loans.

• Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking.

Performance Expectations

• Meet minimum daily call targets.

• Achieve lead conversion targets.

• Fulfill collection follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Mandatory fluency in Kannada and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.

• NBFC / Banking / Collections experience preferred.
