Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The role involves calling customers, maintaining customer information accurately and efficiently, supporting lead management processes, and handling basic administrative tasks. The position offers growth opportunities for dedicated candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain solar products & services
Maintain and update customer data accurately
Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly
Verify customer details and correct information when required
Organize and maintain digital records and call reports
Support administrative and coordination tasks when needed
Generate daily calling reports and updates for the team
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers can also apply
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel understanding
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Candidates must be comfortable with 6 days working and Day shift
