*Job Description*

We are looking for an energetic Tele Caller to join our team and connect with potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking pest control services.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

- Explain pest control services, packages, and pricing clearly

- Follow up on inquiries and schedule service appointments

- Maintain daily call records and update customer details in CRM

- Address basic customer queries and escalate technical questions to service team

- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets

*Requirements*

- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English

- Confident phone manner with persuasive speaking ability

- Basic computer knowledge for data entry

- Patience and ability to handle customer objections

- Prior tele calling experience is a plus but not mandatory
