Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and maintain professional communication.

• Update and maintain customer data in CRM, Excel, and internal systems.

• Verify customer information and ensure 100% data accuracy.

• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.

• Maintain physical and digital records for easy access and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.

• Prepare reports and summaries for management.

• Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.

Who Can Apply?

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience.

• Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-player mindset.
