We are hiring Tele caller to handle outbound calls, assist customers, and build strong relationships. Based on performance and communication skills, candidates will have opportunities to grow into roles in customer relationship management and process handling within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls and assist customers with service-related information

· Handle customer queries and provide appropriate guidance

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships

· Follow up with customers for process completion

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

· 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

· Freshers can apply

· Experience in customer support/voice process is an added advantage

Skills Required:

· Good communication skills-Tamil

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Basic computer knowledge

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
