Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls and assist customers with service-related information
· Handle customer queries and provide appropriate guidance
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships
· Follow up with customers for process completion
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

· Experience in customer support/voice process is an added advantage
