SpaceSync Estates develops residential plots, villas, and apartments in Bangalore’s high-growth corridors. Our Tele Sales team is the first touchpoint for thousands of potential homebuyers and investors every month.
*Role Objective*
Your #1 goal: Convert digital and cold databases into qualified site visits. You’ll own the top of the funnel - calling, pitching, qualifying, and scheduling prospects to visit our projects with the field sales team.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Outbound Calling*: Make 80-100 calls/day to leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, FB Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, and purchased databases.
- *Lead Qualification*: Understand customer budget, location preference, timeline, and loan eligibility. Tag leads as Hot/Warm/Cold in CRM.
- *Pitch & Convince*: Deliver crisp project pitch in 2-3 mins. Handle basic objections on price, location, and RERA. Create urgency for site visit.
- *Site Visit Generation*: Primary KPI is confirmed site visits/week. Coordinate with customers + field sales team for pickup scheduling.
- *Follow-ups*: Systematic follow-up with cold/warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS till site visit is done or lead is closed.
- *Team Coordination*: Share customer insights with field sales managers before site visit for better conversion.
- *Daily Reporting*: Submit calls made, talk time, leads spoken, site visits scheduled, and visits done vs shown.
*Must-Have Requirements*
- *Experience*: 6 months to 5 years in tele sales/telecalling, preferably real estate, insurance, loans, or ed-tech.
- *Communication*: Fluent English + Hindi/Kannada. Clear diction, confident phone presence, active listening.
- *Skills*: Persuasion, objection handling, high energy, target orientation. Should not have call reluctance.
- *Work Mode*: 100% work from office. 6 days/week with rostered week-off. Should be ok with Sunday working.
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: PUC/Graduate in any discipline.
- *Age*: 18– 35 years preferred.
*KPIs You’ll Be Measured On*
1. *Site Visits Scheduled/Week*: Min 15-20 for experienced, 8-12 for 6m-1yr exp
2. *Call Quality Score*: Pitch clarity, objection handling, CRM notes
3. *Lead-to-Visit %*: From leads assigned to you
4. *Talk Time*: Min 2.5 hours/day
5. *Zero Lead Leakage*: All leads touched within 30 mins of assignment
