Position Overview
A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers, provide information about products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and track customer interactions.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales growth.
Build rapport with customers and maintain professionalism at all times.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Persuasive speaking and active listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Time management and multitasking ability.
