Job Title: Telecaller
Location: sector 4 Noida which is Nearest Metro station 16
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to support our NGO fundraising and awareness campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential donors, explaining the NGO's mission and ongoing projects, building relationships with supporters, and encouraging donations or participation in campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
Explain the NGO's mission, programs, and social impact initiatives.
Generate interest in fundraising campaigns and encourage donations.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and follow-ups.
Answer donor queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters.
Follow calling scripts while adapting communication as needed.
Meet daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets.
Coordinate with the fundraising team regarding donor feedback and campaign updates.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Excellent communication skills in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
