SkyLift Runner Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and organized candidate to join our aviation team.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Handle incoming inquiries related to helicopter charters, private flights, air ambulance services, joyrides, wedding entries, and flower shower services.
Follow up with prospective clients and generate business leads.
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
Prepare quotations, maintain documents, and assist with daily back-office operations.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings and client requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
