We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for business growth. The candidate will play a key role in customer engagement and conversion through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Vehicle Loan)
Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for field sales team
Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationship
Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Coordinate with sales team for lead closure

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Prior BFSI / Telecalling experience preferred
