​Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective buyers, present property options, conduct site visits, and close deals while providing excellent customer service.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital platforms.

​Follow up promptly with incoming leads and inquiries.

​Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.

​Understand client requirements and suggest matching residential or commercial properties.

​Negotiate property prices and terms to successfully close sales deals.

​Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and property developers.

​Keep track of current real estate market trends, new listings, and competitor activities.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Prior experience in real estate sales or direct sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply).

​Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

​Target-driven mindset with a positive, self-motivated attitude.

​Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word) and smartphone proficiency.
