Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about ToppersNotes.com courses, study materials, and academic solutions.
Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Generate enrollments through inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and digital leads.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with students and parents.
Clearly explain course structure, pricing, benefits, and learning outcomes.
Handle objections professionally and guide students through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate student data, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with content, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Participate in admission drives, counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
Stay updated on educational trends, competitive offerings, and examination patterns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Management preferred).
Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
Ability to counsel, persuade, and guide students ethically.
Target-driven with a student-centric approach.
Good listening skills and empathy toward student concerns.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Energetic, patient, and resilient under pressure.
