💼 Job Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Handle inbound and outbound calls to candidates and corporate clients professionally.

• Profile Screening: Screen initial profiles, explain available job openings, and seamlessly schedule interviews.

• Database Management: Maintain daily calling logs and ensure accurate data tracking in the CRM/Excel sheets.

• Relationship Building: Follow up with candidates and maintain a high connection-to-conversion rate.

🌟 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a BPO environment is mandatory.

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) is required.

• Attributes: Target-driven mindset, confident phone etiquette, and problem-solving abilities.
