Job Description – Telecaller / Admission Counselor (Lead Conversion)

About the Role

Looks Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our beauty and hair courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve admission targets through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads generated through social media, websites, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.

• Explain academy courses, fees, schedules, and career opportunities to prospective students.

• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads until admission is confirmed.

• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management.

• Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries professionally.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students through excellent customer service.

• Prepare daily call reports and submit admission updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, or lead conversion.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an educational institute, academy, training center, or service industry will be an added advantage.
