We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team Urban Money. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain home loan & business loan products
Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
Generate leads and convert them into successful deals
Maintain customer data and follow-up regularly
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
