Sarvajith Infotech is hiring Telecallers to handle customer communication and support sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and provide required information
Generate leads through cold calling
Clearly explain company products and services
Share details about pricing, offers, and benefits
Follow up with interested customers
Fix appointments for the sales team

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English
Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Freshers are welcome
