## ## What We Are Looking For
* **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of proven experience in motor/car insurance sales or underwriting.
* **Domain Knowledge:** Deep understanding of private and commercial vehicle insurance, including No Claim Bonus (NCB) structures, IDV (Insured Declared Value) calculation, and standard add-ons.
* **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex legal policy terms in simple language to clients.
* **Traits:** Strong negotiation skills, high empathy for clients dealing with accidents/stressful situations, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Insurance certifications are a huge plus).
