Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Gut Microbiome testing and wellness products.

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information on tests, nutraceuticals, vitamins, and supplements.

• Educate customers on gut health, the benefits of microbiome testing, and how nutraceuticals support overall wellness.

• Assist customers in booking microbiome test kits, understanding sample collection procedures, and tracking their reports.

• Recommend suitable vitamins, supplements, and nutraceutical solutions based on customer needs (non-diagnostic guidance).

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Provide post-test support by connecting customers with nutritionists or healthcare consultants when needed.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and product sales.

• Follow healthcare communication protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of customer health information.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations team for kit dispatch, sample collection, and report delivery.
