Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TeleCaller based in Thane. The primary responsibilities include interacting with potential and existing customers through calls, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The TeleCaller will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries professionally

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service practices

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet targets

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools

• Prior experience in telecalling or a related role is advantageous

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
