Job Description: Telecaller (Data Management)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Tele caller to coordinate with schools and verify the delivery status of educational materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, collecting accurate information, updating records, and maintaining detailed reports in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to schools to confirm whether dispatched materials have been delivered.
· Maintain polite and professional communication with school staff.
· Record delivery status and feedback accurately in Excel sheets.
· Update and manage daily call logs, delivery reports, and follow-up details.
· Follow up with schools for any missing or incomplete information.
· Prepare summary reports for management as required.
· Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience as a data voice operator, customer support executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
· Good communication skills in English and local languages.
· Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, filtration, basic formulas).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
· Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-ups.
