We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team at Rising Trust Consultant. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Contact prospective customers through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management. Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
