Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or handle inbound calls

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

• Maintain call records and customer details accurately

• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi / English / Regional language

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle customers politely and confidently

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Prior Telecalling or customer service experience

• Sales or lead generation experience
