Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to manage the collection, distribution, and follow-up of prospective client leads. The ideal candidate will ensure leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and handed over to the sales team in a timely manner to maximize conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Download leads daily from Meta Business and ensure accurate reporting of the number of leads collected in the assigned WhatsApp group.
Distribute leads fairly and equally among all Sales Executives to maintain balanced workloads.
Execute a structured follow-up process:
Day 1 Morning: First call attempt, WhatsApp greeting, and sharing catalogue PDFs.
Day 1 Evening: Second call attempt and WhatsApp reminder.
Day 3: Third call attempt and WhatsApp follow-up.
Day 5: Fourth call attempt and WhatsApp follow-up.
Day 7 (Final): Fifth and last call attempt with closing WhatsApp message.
Assign leads to Sales Executives two to three times a day depending on lead flow.
Submit End of Day (EOD) reports in the designated “Lead Assignment” group.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all lead-related activities are accurately recorded.

Ability to manage leads efficiently and follow structured processes.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in WhatsApp and basic digital tools for communication and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or sales support.
High school diploma or graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience with Meta Business Suite or lead management tools is a plus.
Work Environment:
Office / Gym branch environment.
Requires coordination with sales and tele calling team, with focus on target achievement.
