Key Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating qualified leads. The role also involves fixing appointments with Sales Executives and preparing quotations for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Schedule and fix appointments for Sales Executives with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Prepare and share quotations with customers based on their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
