Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass / Graduate

Minimum Age: 25 Years

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in insurance Tele calling

Good communication skills in Marathi / Hindi / English

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives (as per insurance industry standards)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecallers/Telesales Executives for Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain insurance products and close sales

Achieve monthly sales targets

Handle renewals, endorsements & post-sales coordination

Maintain customer follow-ups and database
