Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using company-provided data.
Present and pitch company products/services professionally.
Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
Perform structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.
Maintain accurate daily call reports and update CRM/MIS systems.
Coordinate and forward confirmed meetings to the next process/team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 Months experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong target orientation with self-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM/MIS reporting systems preferred
