Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products and services.

• Explain insurance plans, coverage, benefits, terms, and premium details clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products in accordance with company guidelines.

• Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and support the conversion of leads into sales.

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, sales, and conversion targets.

• Maintain call records, customer information, and follow-up details in the designated system.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, approved calling scripts, customer consent requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.

• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

• Meet defined productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
