Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers over the phone, explain products or services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.

• Explain company products and services to potential customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software or Excel.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare regular reports on calling performance, leads generated, and conversions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Good follow-up, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
