Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive

Location: Tilak Nagar Metro, New Delhi (Work From Office Only)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month (Depends on Interview & Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/candidates

• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries effectively

• Explain company services/products clearly to clients

• Generate leads and maintain accurate call records

• Follow up with interested prospects for conversion

• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Update and manage data in CRM / Excel sheets

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude with confidence

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Sales

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Immediate joiners preferred
