Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller – Sales to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and confidently.

• Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Handle customer questions and provide relevant information.

• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for interested prospects.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads through the sales process.

• Build positive relationships with prospects and customers.

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Candidates who are hardworking, motivated, and looking for long-term growth are preferred.
