About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their academic goals, and help them choose the right course. The role involves counselling, lead follow-ups, admissions coordination, and providing end-to-end support throughout the enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Counsel students/parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission process.
2. Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
3. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
4. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure timely conversions.
5. Maintain accurate student records, enquiry details, and follow-up status.
6. Assist students during registration, documentation, and fee-payment process.
7. Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
8. Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1) 12 Pass/Graduate in any field (Education).
2) Ability to counsel students with empathy and clarity.
3) Good understanding of academic programs, career trends, and education pathways.
4) Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, data entry).
