Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain company services and generate leads
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle rejections positively
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
Target-driven mindset
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
