Position: Telecaller cum Marketing Executive

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and other potential clients.
2. Introduce and explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
3. Generate new leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, references, and other marketing activities.
4. Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers.
5. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
6. Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/marketing team.
7. Maintain a database of customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
8. Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product availability, pricing, and customer requirements.
9. Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
10. Maintain proper records of daily calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
11. Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
12. Assist in local marketing activities, customer visits, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and other business-development activities.
13. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
14. Provide regular reports to the management regarding calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, meetings, and sales.
