Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, providing information about products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)

🔹 Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

• Graduate preferred

🔹 Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
