Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to potential leads and walk-ins. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or training programs. Maintain relationships with College, Institutes,NGO's,distant learning centre and corporate clients (B2C + B2B). Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team for campaign execution and lead handling. Attend and support education fairs, seminars, and campus events for lead generation. Maintain proper documentation and update CRM with call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes. Meet weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets assigned by the branch.

Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferred: marketing, business, or IT-related fields). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Confidence in cold calling and telephonic pitch delivery. Ability to understand training programs and explain value propositions clearly.
