Job Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.

* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

* Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing patients.

* Explain clinic services, consultation process, and appointment availability.

* Maintain patient records and update CRM/software.

* Handle WhatsApp messages and online enquiries.

* Make reminder calls for appointments and follow-up visits.

* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.

* Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp and appointment software.

* Pleasant voice and professional attitude.

* Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

* Prior telecalling, customer service, or front desk experience is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
