Job Description: telecallers (Legal Coordination)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between initial client outreach and our legal experts. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, conducting initial consultations, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our legal team for specialized execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Lead Generation

Initial Client Assessment: Qualify leads by understanding their specific legal needs and ensuring they align with our firm's core practice areas.

Appointment Management: Schedule detailed consultations for legal associates and maintain a synchronized calendar to ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in Law or Business Administration is a plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-management skills.
