• Learn, understand, and explain financial products to clients clearly.
• Develop strong convincing and communication skills for Demat account opening and financial product acquisition.
• Understand market conditions, company services, and client requirements.
• Educate and guide clients about suitable financial products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work actively as a team player and contribute to team goals.
• Create and adopt strategies to achieve required business targets.
Team & Company Support:
• Full business training will be provided.
• Continuous team support will be available.
• Proper financial product guidance will be provided.
• Business lead guidance will be provided by the company.
Salary:
₹15,000 Fixed Salary + ₹5,000 Performance-Based Pay + Incentives
