Key Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and answer inbound calls from customers.

Sales and Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases.

Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of conversations in a database.

Customer Support: Handle queries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer problems with a polite and professional tone.

Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage effectively.

Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to handle objections professionally and convince clients to purchase products or services.

Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

Interpersonal Skills: Patience, resilience to handle rejection, and a positive, confident attitude.

Education/Experience: Usually high school diploma or graduation with prior experience in telemarketing or sales preferred.
