Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, explaining company products, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
12th Pass or Graduate.
6 months to 2 years of Telecalling/Telesales/BPO experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
